Adaptix is engineered global-first — currency, language, timezone, date and number formats, phone conventions, payment providers. Ghana is an early market. It is not a ceiling.
Country ≠ lock-in
Selecting Ghana sets defaults. Country, currency, language and timezone are separate settings — change any of them at any point without breaking your data.
Language, layered
User preference overrides organization preference, which overrides system default. English first, more languages ship as the platform grows.
Real currency, not a symbol
Every amount is stored as an ISO code plus its decimal rules — GHS, USD, GBP, NGN, EUR — so reports, invoices and integrations stay accurate as you expand.
Timezones done right
Timestamps stored in UTC, presented in each user's timezone. No more midnight shifts landing on yesterday's calendar.
Payment providers, swappable
Paystack is wired in today. Stripe, Flutterwave and country-specific providers slot in behind the same interface — no re-plumbing your billing.

Is Adaptix a website builder?
No. Adaptix is a management-system builder. You are not designing a landing page — you are shaping a functional cloud system: guests, rooms, students, invoices, workflows, roles, dashboards. The management system is the product; the interface is a consequence.
Do I need to understand databases or write code?
Never. You add “something you want to manage,” define what it looks like in plain language, and Adaptix quietly creates the structure in the cloud. Words like schema, collection, foreign key or endpoint don’t appear anywhere in the product.
Can I rename modules and fields, or is that a paid feature?
Rename anything, on any plan — even the free trial. Call Guests “Customers.” Call Students “Learners.” Call Members “Congregation.” Naming is never a paid gate. Paid tiers unlock complexity: more users, more roles, more branches, richer automation.
Do templates lock me into an industry?
No. A Hotel template gives you a working hotel system on day one — Guests, Rooms, Bookings, Staff. Then add a restaurant, a transport desk, an events module or anything else. Templates are starting points, not permanent silos.
What happens if my trial expires and I haven’t subscribed?
Your organization becomes read-only. Data, users, customizations, workflows — all preserved. Subscribe later and everything resumes exactly where you left it. We never silently destroy an organization.
How does global support actually work?
Country, currency, language and timezone are separate settings. Choosing Ghana on signup sets sensible defaults — GHS, GMT, English, Ghana phone format — none of which are permanent. Multi-country organizations operate across regions from a single account.
Which payment providers are supported?
Paystack is live today. Stripe and additional regional providers plug in behind the same PaymentService abstraction — no changes to subscription or business logic. Providers are selectable per region.
Can Adaptix admins see my data?
No, not in the ordinary flow. Platform administrators see organization status, subscription and usage metrics — not your operational records. Any support access must be explicit, permission-controlled, logged and auditable. Privacy is a product requirement, not a policy.
